Constitutional Day Report

As a part of constitutional day Chitra College of nursing ha celebrated the constitutional day on 26th November 2021 at 2.00pm to 4.00pm at the college auditorium. On the occasion as an important part of the celebration was inaugurated by our Principal Prof.James Chacko, senate member of KUHS and preamble of the Indian constitution was read by Asso.Professor Mr.Vasudevan.N.J. Our Principal given a valuable speech regarding the importance of the constitution day, the significance of its celebration and commemorated the Indian constitution.

There was a Quiz competition regarding the constitution day, all four batch students are participated in this programme and the certificate and trophy given to the winners. After the programme we provided snakes to the students and wind up the programme with National Anthem at 4.00pm.


Christmas Celebration

The spirit of Christmas is the Spirit of Love and generosity and of Goodness. Thus X-mas gives as the opportunity to pause and reflect on the important thing around us.

Various Cultural programs like student Karol, group song, solo performance, Choreo and screened Karol enthralled the students. Principal Prof.Jameschacko and other faculty members of the college graced the Occasion. The day was fun filled with various programmes. The celebrations ended by delicious Christmas cake cutting.


Report On International Mother Language Day Programme

International Mother language day was celebrated in Chitra college of Nursing on 21/02/2022, as per government order. The purpose of celebrating the day was to raise awareness regarding linguistic & cultural diversity, & to promote multi linguilism.

The students were asked to gather at the college courtyard at 2 pm, & the programme got started with a prayer. The Principal, Vice-principal, Administrator & all the faculties joined the programme. The Language pledge was taken by everyone. The principal, Prof. James Chacko inaugurated the programme& gave a speech on ‘the role of technology for multilingual learning’. The faculty, Asst.Prof.Sridevi spoke a few words on the importance of celebrating International Mother Language day. The college Union Chairperson also spoke about the importance of Mother tongue in day-to-day life. With a vote of thanks & National Anthem, the programme came to an end by 3pm.
